You will be picked up at the airport and transported to MUNNAR. Distance between Cochin to Munnar is 135 Kms (3.5 hours) by road. Sightseeing:- Enroute visit Kodanadu elephant care centre, Cheyyara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls, Attukadu waterfalls, Spice plantations etc.
Upon arrival in Munnar,check into your hotel. MUNNAR is an idyllic hill station in Kerala located at the confluence of three mountain river streams as the very name signifies. It boasts of unending expanse of spectacular tea plantations that stretch for miles and picturesque towns

Local sightseeing In the morning. Start with visiting the tea plantations, Tea Museum, the Eravikulam National park home of the endangered Niligiri Thar (Ibex), followed by visit to the Mattupetty dam, the the Kundala Lake and other scenic spots.

Arrive at Thekkady and check-in at Hotel. Distance between Munnar and Thekkady is 125 Kms / 3 Hours by road .THEKKADY is a land of endless chains of hills,captivating in its scenic beauty, boasting of cultivations of natural spices like cardamom,clove,black pepper and cinnamon.The main attractions are the spice cultivations and the Periyar National park.
Later in the afternoon enjoy a boat ride on the Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake (Wild life viewing is always dependent on one’s good fortune).
Sightseeing:- Periyar wild life sanctuary where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more, Mullaperiyar dam and Spice plantations tour where one can shop for exotic spices .Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Another full day of sightseeing in Thekkady and in the afternoon enjoy the World famous Kalari Show : Kadathanadan Kalari & Navarasa Kalari Centre is a popular cultural centre famous for performing Kalaripayattu martial arts and representing Kerala’s unique culture. Originating in South India, the ancient martial art- Kalaripayattu, is souvenir to the present sophisticated world. As per the myths, this is a 3000 year old art form.There is a 1 hour show in the evening from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

After morning breakfast and check out from hotel and drive to Alleppey/Kumarakom. Distance between Thekkady to Kumarakom is 125 Kms / 3.5 Hours by road. Upon arrival check-in at hotel. KUMAROKORAM is another breathtaking destination,situated at the banks of Lake Vembanad. A short visit to the Kumarokoram Bird Sanctuary , ornithologist’s paradise and a favourite haunt of migratory birds like the Siberian Stork, egret, darter, heron and teal.
Drive on to ALLEPPEY and check into your houseboat by 1300hrs for your overnight backwater cruise. The best way to experience the Kerala backwaters is to take a leisurely journey on the Kerala houseboats (also known as Kettuvallams).Surprisingly , not a single nail is used in the making of a Kettuvallam. Jack wood planks are joined together with coir rope and then coated with black resin made from boiled cashew nut shells. Relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals of Alleppey. You can see here the slumbering villages by the Vembanad Lake. The surroundings are replete with vivid contrasts of lush green and deep blues. As the boat glides along the gorgeous green of the fringed palms, the ripples in the blue water blend in to little wavelets. Lunch, Evening Tea/ Coffee with snacks, dinner are provided inside the houseboat.

Note: • The cruise commences at 1300 hrs with lunch served on board and continues till dusk. At dusk the boat will anchor in a wide waterway or lake for the night .The backwaters are closed to boat traffic at dusk as the fisherman lay their nets in the backwaters.

On the following day the cruise commences again after breakfast and you will be dropped off at Alleppey fishing point jetty by 0900Hrs.
Check out from houseboat and drive to KOCHI (Distance is 85 Kms / 1.5 Hours by road). KOCHI,one of the finest natural harbours,also referred to as the Queen of the Arabian Sea, is a myriad of Portuguese,Jewish, English,French,Chinese and Dutch cultures.This charming old city is best discovered by walking .
There will be complete sightseeing this day : Sightseeing:- Fort cochin, navy museum, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing nets, Santa Cruz basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marian drive, Marine walk way, boating, Tripunitura hill palace. At night drop at Kochi airport for your flight back to your onward destination.
